Graticciaia is a symbol of Apulian winemaking, born in 1986 is produced in limited quantities due to the complex production process and the producer's constant quest to bring an exclusive wine. It is made with Negroamaro grapes from the historic Caragnuli vineyard in San Pancrazio Salentino in the province of Bari. The wine's name comes from the trellises where the grapes are left to dry for 15-20 days thanks to the local microclimate characterized by sea breezes and the tramontana wind that blows often in the fall.
