Muro Sant'Angelo Contrada Barbatto is made with Primitivo grapes only. The vineyards are more than 70 years old and are located in Acquaviva delle Fonti in the Bari hinterland on mainly calcareous soils. Organic principles are followed for cultivation with respect for the land and nature, while the entire winemaking process is done in an artisanal way.
