Vigna La Mandorla is a more intense and complex version of Barbera, usually vinified simply. The wine takes its name from the Mandorla locality, in Mombercelli, where the 60-plus-year-old vines stand at 230 meters above sea level that are cultivated only by hand without the use of mechanical means for the utmost respect for nature. The wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels and has great aging potential.
