Barbera d'Asti Alfiera is made with grapes from the historic sorì, a vineyard that is about 85 years old, located in San Martino Alfieri in the hills between Asti and Alba. The Barbera grapes are vinified in steel and aged in French oak barrels of different sizes for 15 months before bottling.

Fermentation in steel at a temperature of 28°-30° C and maceration for 15-20 days with light pumping over. Malolactic fermentation in wood with bâtonnage. Aging in 225l and 500l French oak barrels (Allier and Troncais) for 15 months.
