Papa Celso is dedicated to the memory of the winery's founder, who planted one by one the rootstocks of the Doriolo vineyard, from which its grapes come. It is the winery's most important wine and is made from approximately 60-year-old Dolcetto grapes that grow in the heart of the town of Dogliani.

Marziano Abbona's "Pressenda" Barolo Docg owes its name to the vineyard overlooking the castle of Serralunga, in the commune of Monforte d'Alba. It is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, aged for nine months in barrique, followed by 29 months in large oak barrels and 9 months in bottle. A wine suitable for long evolution in the bottle, with unique aromas.
