Barbaresco Pajorè takes its name from the cru where the Nebbiolo grapes are grown. The vineyards have an average age of 60 years and stand on southwest-facing limestone soils in the commune of Treiso.

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, temperature controlled, with maceration for about 25 days. Aged in French oak barrels for about 22 months, 18 of which on fine lees, then about 4 months in bottle. No clarification or filtration.
