Santo Stefano is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in Neive, in the Santo Stefano vineyard that was already being cultivated in the 1700s. The soils are poor and formed mainly of clay and are south and southwest facing.
Bright garnet red. Balsamic spices, flowers, graphite notes, red fruit jam, citrus notes. Firm, intense, tannic, balanced, soft, lingering with fruity notes.
