Cambrugiano was the first Verdicchio to be produced with "Riserva" nomenclature. The vineyards are located in Mantelica in the province of Macerata on south-facing land about 400 meters above sea level. It is vinified by the cryomaceration method with subsequent fermentation in steel. Aging is done partly in steel and partly in barriques.
Intense straw yellow. Flowers, apricot, citrus, dried grass, menthol notes. Intense, full, glyceric notes, mineral, almondy.

Partial cryomaceration at 0 °C for 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aging of 80% for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and remaining 20% for 12 months in 225 l barriques.
