The 5 Stelle is made using the sforzatura method; the clusters are left on the vine to dry, and additional drying takes place after the harvest. The grapes are then vinified in steel with prolonged maceration before aging in French barriques. The Nino Negri winery was the first to produce sfursat with natural grape drying.
Garnet red with orange hues. Jammy red fruits, spices, pumpkin, medicinal herbs, hints of dried mushrooms. Intense, full-bodied, fresh, tannic, persistent.

Vendemmia tardiva
