Castello Bonomi

CruPerdu, which means lost vineyard, owes its name to some vines that were rediscovered in 1986 in a portion of the winery grounds that had been encroached upon by forest. It is a wine made from Chardonnay grapes combined with a smaller percentage of Pinot Noir from the same vintage; vinification takes place in steel and in the bottle where the wine ages for 6 years.
