Acerbina, another way of calling Lumassina, takes its name from the fact that the wine has a marked and typical acidity. It is documented in Liguria as early as the 1300s, but it was not until the late 1800s that it was accurately described in the "Ampelographic Bulletin." It grows almost exclusively in Liguria, the cluster is medium to large pyramid-shaped with medium to small round berries with a beautiful green color, ripens late.
Bright straw yellow. Flowers, peach, citrus and hints of rosemary. Savory, fresh.

Decanting of the must and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Aged in steel for about 4 months, then in bottle for another 3 months, depending on the vintage.
