The Grechetto "Latour a Civitella" produced on the border between Lazio and Umbria owes its name to a friendship with L. Fabrice Latour, a producer from Burgundy, who suggested that Sergio Mottura ferment his wine in oak barrels. The porcupine, an animal that lives in healthy and ecological habitats, is the winery's symbol and well represents the producer's respect for the environment.
