Ronco delle Mele is named after the vine where the Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow. The vineyards were planted in 1984 and stand on the hill of Cerò, with a northwest exposure at an altitude of 150 meters. The presence of woods near the vineyards, the presence of the breeze coming from the north and the different exposures to the sun create different microclimates between the rows, making it necessary to harvest at different times.

Il Ronco delle Mele prende il nome dal vitigno dove crescono le uve di Sauvignon Blanc. I vigneti sono stati piantati nel 1984 e sorgono sulla collina di Cerò, con un'esposizione a nord ovest ad un'altitudine di 150 metri.

Ronco delle Cime is made from Friulano grapes grown on the Cime hillock, the highest on the estate, which reaches an altitude of 200 meters. The vineyards face northwest facing Matajur, Monte Nero and the Canin glacier, stand on soils composed of sandstone marl and are constantly caressed by the breeze from the north.
