'Ronco delle Mele' Sauvignon Collio Doc 2021
Venica & VenicaSold out
Ronco delle Mele is named after the vine where the Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow. The vineyards were planted in 1984 and stand on the hill of Cerò, with a northwest exposure at an altitude of 150 meters. The presence of woods near the vineyards, the presence of the breeze coming from the north and the different exposures to the sun create different microclimates between the rows, making it necessary to harvest at different times.
Bright straw yellow. Aromatic herbs, spices, flowers, fruit, tropical fruits, resin notes. Balanced, savory, fresh.
