Refosco is made from grapes of the same name that are grown in the Borc Dodòn locality near Udine. The vineyards are cultivated in a certified organic condition, winemaking is done in an artisanal manner with spontaneous fermentations, no addition of yeast, and the wine is neither clarified nor filtered.

Il Refosco viene prodotto con le uve omonime che vengono coltivate nella località Borc Dodòn, vicino a Udine. I vigneti vengono coltivati in una condizione biologica certificata, la vinificazione viene fatta in modo artigianale con fermentazioni spontanee, nessuna aggiunta di lieviti e il vino non viene chiarificato ne filtrato.

The grapes are vinified in white with a light maceration on the skins in open vats, this gives the wine its typical aromas. The vineyards are located near the municipality of Aquileia and are grown organically with respect for the land.
