Fattoria Nicolucci's Sangiovese Riserva "VIGNA DEL GENERALE" comes from the oldest vineyard, about 90 years old, still existing in the village of Predappio .It owes its name to its history, to the stories of a wine-loving general who, on his return from the war, bought the best land in the village and planted Sangiovese vines on it. It is a wine that can be enjoyed even after several years of aging, complex but at the same time very balanced.
Bright ruby red with garnet highlights. Wild berries, flowers, licorice, tobacco. Balanced, tannic, fruity, fresh, slightly mineral.
