Villa Papiano is a winery located within a naturalistic oasis adjacent to the Casentino Forest National Park, on the border between Romagna and Tuscany. Its entirely organic production has as its undisputed protagonist the Romagna Sangiovese Riserva Doc Modigliana "I Probi di Papiano " made from 100% Sangiovese grapes with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, aged 12 months in cement and barrel and another 12 in the bottle.
Bright ruby red with garnet highlights. Mineral notes, red fruit, rhubarb, cinchona, citrus notes. Savory, fresh, tannic, roasted notes.
