Romagna Sangiovese Riserva Doc Marzeno "Podere Ca' del Rosso" from the Ca' di Sopra winery is a red wine produced only in the best vintages from grapes from the winery's oldest vineyard, called Podere Ca' del Rosso. After manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation takes place with a following maceration in steel for 60 days. Maturation takes place in French oak tonneaux for 12 months with subsequent rest in tanks for another 6 months. Finally, the wine ages in bottle for another 18 months. The result is a deep ruby red, complex and structured wine.
