Lama Bianca is an orange wine produced in an artisanal way with no added chemicals. Trebbiano grapes, which come from vineyards more than 40 years old, are placed in concrete tanks where they ferment spontaneously, maceration on the skins lasts 12 to 14 days followed by aging for 9 months in steel. The wine is bottled without filtration.
