Pecorino is a wine produced using an organic approach to ensure the grapes have optimal concentration at harvest. The soils that host the vineyards of Pecorino, a grape variety characteristic of Abruzzo, are clayey and rise to an altitude of 300 meters in the hills of Pescara.
Bright straw yellow. Tropical fruits, flowers, herbs, almond and menthol notes. Fruity, fresh and mineral.
