Pecorino is a wine produced using an organic approach to ensure the grapes have optimal concentration at harvest. The soils that host the vineyards of Pecorino, a grape variety characteristic of Abruzzo, are clayey and rise to an altitude of 300 meters in the hills of Pescara.
